•  Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $59. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated and charged based on your location at checkout.

• Our goal is to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after you place it, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Address Confirmation

•  Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate, as we will ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. Note that we do not ship to billing addresses; the shipping address must be confirmed before we proceed with processing your order.

4. Shipping Time

•  Due to our multiple warehouse locations, including those within the United States, Amazon warehouses, and other international hubs, the shipping time for different items in the same order may vary. Typically, shipping takes 7 to 10 business days depending on the product and the warehouse from which it ships. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, with remote or island locations requiring additional time.

6. Countries/Regions We Ship To

•  We are proud to offer international shipping to the following countries and regions:
  United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Czech Republic, Norway, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, and Portugal.
• Please note that some regions may not support express delivery services. You can verify whether your address is eligible for shipping at checkout.
• Shipping costs vary based on your location, and we will always inform you of the exact shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

• Occasionally, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply based on the destination country. These fees are outside of GIAGIO’s control, but if you are charged such fees, please contact us at support@giagio.com for assistance. We will help resolve any concerns regarding customs charges.

8. Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, our shipping services do not include military addresses (APO, FPO). Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your purchase, as any changes after placing an order may result in additional fees or delays.
