Momme is a unit used to measure the density of silk, typically used to describe the weight of silk fabric. 1 Momme equals 3.75 grams per 10 square inches. The higher the Momme number, the thicker and heavier the silk fabric. Generally, 19 Momme silk is considered the standard for high-quality silk.
Silk is naturally breathable, comfortable, and hypoallergenic. It regulates temperature, keeps your skin hydrated, and is perfect for year-round wear. Silk is soft, lustrous, and adds elegance and comfort to the wearer.
Cashmere is renowned for its unmatched softness and lightweight warmth. It is naturally breathable, able to regulate body temperature, and keeps you warm without adding bulk. Cashmere is hypoallergenic, making it perfect for sensitive skin.
About Payment

We only allow one promo code per order. If you have multiple promo codes, we recommend using the one that provides the best discount.
About Orders and Shipping
You can contact our customer service to modify your order before it is shipped. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team immediately. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation or returns will not be possible.
You can track your shipment by using the tracking link in the order confirmation email or visit our tracking page and enter your order number to check detailed information.
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen, generally ranging from 7 to 10 business days. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $59. For orders that don’t meet this condition, shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping address and the chosen delivery method. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Yes, GIAGIO offers international shipping to most countries, including the US, Canada, UK, France, Australia, and many others.
Please note that we cannot ship to military addresses (APO, FPO). If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at Support@giagio.com
- Upon receiving your package, please check for damage or missing items. If you notice any issues, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- If you must sign for the package, inspect the package in front of the courier. If there are issues, inform the courier immediately and contact us. (We recommend taking clear photos of the package box, product packaging, products, and tracking slip).
- If you or your customer do not inspect and sign for the package, we will not be able to provide compensation or track the shipment.
Sometimes, shipping emails may be filtered into your spam folder. Please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact our customer service team, and we will provide the information.
Warranty and Returns
After receiving your product, you can activate your warranty by filling out our warranty registration form. Please keep your proof of purchase and order number.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return according to our return policy. Please contact customer service within 30 days and provide your order details. We will guide you through the return process.
Typically, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the product is defective or there was an error in shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you purchased a set, the entire set must be returned for a refund. Single-item returns will be handled according to our normal return process.
Sorry, promotional products or items purchased through discounted offers or gift promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.

Silk should be hand-washed or dry-cleaned, avoiding hot water. Lay flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight. Store silk in a breathable bag to prevent long-term exposure to light.
Cashmere should be hand-washed or dry-cleaned using cold water and a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry, avoiding hanging. Store cashmere in a cool, dry place, ideally in a breathable bag.

Yes, you can choose to checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to manage orders, save shipping information, and receive exclusive offers.
