Our Commitment
At Giagio, quality is never optional. Each silk piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we stand behind every purchase so you can shop with confidence.
A. Warranty Coverage
All Giagio silk products are covered by a 60-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:
• Seam separation
• Fabric flaws not caused by wear
• Stitching issues identified upon delivery
If your item is approved under warranty, Giagio will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
B. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 60 days from the original purchase date.
Any repaired or replacement item will be covered for the remaining original warranty period or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
C. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper use, care mistakes, or accidents
• Normal wear and aging, including fading or pilling
• Altered or repaired items by third parties
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
D. How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos for review
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
E. Limitations
Giagio is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by location.
